A request connects the orthodontic question with the team
The guide can help you separate an orthodontic plan or retainer concern from a wisdom-tooth prevention claim or stated dental reason. The consultation request is an opportunity to discuss the orthodontic question, with appointment and scope confirmed individually.
It does not confirm wisdom-tooth removal, anesthesia, a surgical assessment package, a referral appointment or included surgical fees. A personal wisdom-tooth management decision needs its own clinical explanation.
Already receiving orthodontic care
For a current fit or treatment-plan concern, use the treating team's established contact route and individual directions. The retainer chapter explains the distinction between mild full-seating snugness and an incompletely fitting, significantly painful or damaged appliance. A prospective consultation request does not replace that current-care relationship.
